Led by experienced Compass trainer Dr. Johnben Loy, the training will provide a deep dive into Compass and prepare you to join the groups with confidence and independence.
What is Compass:
Members form a small circle comprising individuals from diverse backgrounds to discuss significant personal life-stage and business transitions, as well as critical incidents. Regular meetings, conducted within a trained and structured process, ensure productive sessions. The collective experience represented by the composition of the group across generations, gender, industries, and family roles encourages diversity of views and prevents conflicts of interest.
