Getting Unstuck

From peace talks to business leader coaching, Lira Low has helped some of the toughest personalities in deadlocked negotiations to come unstuck and see a way through to new possibilities. This workshop explores how navigating sensitive and difficult conversations with armed rebels and business family members are much more similar than we think; especially when relationships are at the heart of those discussions. From building trust to understanding needs and motivations, Lira will share tips on how neuroscience can be applied to conflict resolution skills in order to approach difficult conversations in new ways, and to help families move forward - starting with getting ourselves unstuck first.
